About Boot Camp

Boot camp is a fun mixture of Cardio and Strength Training.  We do a variety of activities each session to burn calories, increase cardiovascular fitness, and build muscle strength.  Each session ends with a short devotional.  Read Niki's Notes for even more benefits of Strength Training!!

 

Why Boot Camp?

Where do we meet?

Early morning classes meet at Castlegate II Event Center. Mid-Morning sessions are available at Central Baptist Church located at the intersection of FM 158 & HWY 30.  

 

Do I need to bring anything with me?

All you need is a mat, a pair of 3-5lb. hand weights/dumbbells, and a water bottle.

 

Anything else before I begin?

You need to Register and have a completed and signed waiver.  This will be emailed to you during the registration process.
